Huddly's former customer support page was both visually unappealing and confusing to navigate. Through our investigative efforts, we identified a number of issues, specifically concerning the organization of information and the page's ease of use.

After finalizing the documentation and collecting data on the page's functions, our designers began refining pre-existing wireframes for both desktop and mobile interfaces, methodically resolving identified issues one at a time.
